There has been detailed pre-application discussion with statutory consultees to date, particularly The City of Edinburgh Council.

Set out below are all the consultation documents which have been submitted to date to The City of Edinburgh Council.

These documents have significant detail on technical aspects of the proposed development, and in particular address environmental and transport issues. Please download these, if you have any further queries please contact Stuart Buchanan at Cardross Asset Management.

All residents who live immediately adjacent to the site have already been contacted, and a mail shot is going out to all West Craigs residents to notify them of this proposal. Cardross & Dunedin Canmore presented to Drum Brae Community Council at their public AGM on 9 June 2008, and are awaiting a date from Corstorphine Community Council for a public presentation. Please have a look at the Public Consultation information.

Once the 2008 Edinburgh Green Belt Study is published, Cardross & Dunedin Canmore will be conducting public workshops to fully explain the West Craigs proposal and obtain feedback.
